The Challenge

The retailer's existing platform couldn't handle their catalog size or peak traffic, checkout abandonment was climbing, and every product or pricing change needed a developer to ship it.

The Approach

Rebuilt the storefront on Next.js for server-rendered product pages and fast first paint, integrated Stripe end to end for checkout and saved payment methods, and layered on an admin dashboard so the client's own team could manage inventory and discounts without touching code.
