Consultation / enquiry form: name, email, phone number, company name, service of interest, and your message.
Resume Analyser: the resume file you upload (PDF or DOCX), and its extracted text content, sent to OpenAI’s API to generate your feedback report.
“Get Expert Help With Your Resume” form: the same resume, your generated report, and the contact details you provide, so we can follow up.
Standard hosting logs: our hosting provider (AWS Amplify) automatically logs technical request data (e.g. IP address, timestamps) for security and reliability, independent of anything we configure.

The Free Tools (password generator, word counter, JSON formatter) run entirely in your browser — nothing you type into them is sent to us or stored anywhere.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

This site does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only client-side storage in use is a single localStorage entry that remembers your chosen color theme (light, dark, or green) between visits — it identifies a preference, not you.

4. How We Use Information

To respond to enquiries and provide quotes for services.
To generate and, where possible, email you your resume feedback report.
To follow up on requests for expert help with your resume.
To maintain the security and reliability of the site.

We do not sell your information to third parties.

5. Third-Party Processors

Submitted data may be processed by the following third parties, solely to provide the functionality above:

OpenAI — processes resume text to generate your analysis report.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the site (Amplify Hosting) and sends emails (SES) for enquiries and resume reports.

Email delivery via AWS SES is currently in sandbox mode for this account, so a copy of your resume report may not reliably reach your own inbox unless your address has been separately verified — you’ll still receive our reply to your enquiry directly.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry and resume submissions only as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable follow-up period after that. You can request deletion at any time using the contact details below.

7. Your Rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us using the details on this page. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 16.
