Working With Techiemyil Studio

How the engagement process works, what’s included, and what to expect after launch.

From First Call To Launch

We talk through your goals, constraints, and what success looks like — free, no obligation.

2

You get a written scope, timeline, and fixed price or retainer estimate before any work starts.

3

UI/UX and system design get signed off before development begins, so there are no surprises later.

4

Regular check-ins and a shared task tracker — you can see progress at any point, not just at the end.

5

Launch

Deployment, smoke testing, and a walkthrough of anything your team needs to operate day to day.

6

Support

A post-launch support window is included by default, with ongoing retainers available after that.

How We’ll Work Together

How Projects Are Priced

One-time projects and monthly retainer plans are outlined on the Pricing page, with exact payment terms (deposit, milestones, invoicing) confirmed in your written proposal before work begins — every project is scoped individually, so nothing here should be treated as a final quote.

FAQs

Do I own the code after the project ships?

Yes. Once the final invoice is paid, source code and repository access are transferred to you. There’s no ongoing license fee for custom work delivered under your contract.

What happens if I need changes after launch?

Every project includes a defined support window right after launch for bug fixes. Beyond that, you can book ad-hoc hours or move to one of the monthly retainer plans on the Pricing page.

How do you handle revisions during development?

Design is signed off before development starts specifically to minimize costly late-stage rework. Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are included; work outside scope is quoted separately before it starts.

Can you work with my existing codebase instead of building from scratch?

Yes — a lot of engagements are bug fixes, feature additions, or performance work on an existing codebase rather than a greenfield build. That gets scoped the same way: a short discovery pass, then a written estimate.
