Inventory, procurement, and finance each lived in separate spreadsheets that constantly drifted out of sync, and closing the books each month meant manually reconciling numbers across five people.

The Approach

Replaced the spreadsheet patchwork with one ERP on a shared data model, added role-based access per department, automated low-stock reorder alerts tied to supplier records, and put purchase-order approvals behind an audit-logged workflow.
